- How quickly will my order ship? Orders received by 10.30 A.M. (Hollywood Time) will go out the same day. After 10.30 A.M. your order will ship the following business day.
- What are my Shipping Options? Red Label (Next Day), Blue Label (2 Day), Ground (3-5 Days)
- How does the Clearance Work? We submit the Clearance Form to the publisher with a list of the images being used along with the Project Title/Production Company using the images. The publisher will sign off and send back. If needed we have an Addendum Form that can be used also.
- How do we pay for our Cleared Posters? Production Companies can use a P.O., do a Check Request, or pay with a Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover.
- What about Saturday Delivery? Yes, in the United States UPS has Saturday Delivery. It is Very Expensive.
- Do you ship Internationally? Yes, anywhere in the world that Fed Ex delivers to.
- Can we use our own Fed Ex number? Absolutely.
- How do you chose the Images in each Gallery on the Home Page?
